Dynamic magnetic behaviors of the MBene Cr2B2 monolayer in a time-dependent magnetic field
摘要
In this simulation, the dynamic magnetic behaviors of the two-dimensional transition metal boride MBene (Cr2B2) in a time-dependent magnetic field have been systematically investigated using the Monte Carlo method. We can find that the crystal field Da has a significant effect on the dynamic order parameter of the system, and three saturation values are observed. Furthermore, the discovery of the compensation temperature indicates the complexity of the competing interactions in the system. For dynamic hysteresis behaviors, the exchange coupling Jab leads to a unique triple-loop dynamic hysteresis phenomenon, reflecting the complex magnetic interactions and multiple stable magnetization states within the system. The study lays the foundation for further exploration of the magnetic characteristics of MBene under a wider range of conditions and their potential applications.
