Das ANOA-Konzept und die multimodale Komplexbehandlung des Bewegungssystems
摘要
Multimodal inpatient treatment of musculoskeletal disorders represents an excellent therapeutic option for patients with severe and chronic symptoms. Various procedures which may significantly differ from one another are available for this purpose, whereby all are unified by an interdisciplinary approach. The focus is on diagnostics from a functional perspective, which allows the development of evidence-based treatment plans. From a manual medicine standpoint, OPS 8‑977 (OPS: Operationen- und Prozedurenschlüssel) is of particular importance as a multimodal, nonsurgical approach to treat musculoskeletal disorders. This OPS was developed by ANOA, the Working Group of Nonsurgical Orthopedic Manual Medicine Acute Care Hospitals. Complex, multimodal treatments require a high level of organizational and structural quality. With good case management, both high patient satisfaction and favorable financial results can be achieved.
