Die Lenden-Becken-Hüft-Region – Prinzipien der Diagnostik und der Therapie
摘要
The three components of the clinical examination—namely the topical diagnosis, the structural analysis, and the distinction between an acute and a chronic condition—together provide the opportunity to nosologically classify the individual disorder. Precisely described pain in the context of lumbosacral glutealgia along with the functional associations in the pelvic region require not only exploration of problems of the lumbar spine but also recognition of disorders of the entire lumbopelvic hip complex. Due to the usually diverse causes of pain, various treatment approaches can and must be combined (targeted polypharmacy). The selection, dosage, and combination of procedures require personal experience, theoretical knowledge, technical skill, and also qualities that bring the term “art of healing” to mind.
