Störungsspezifische Psychotherapie bei bipolaren Störungen
摘要
The psychotherapy of bipolar disorders places high demands on the diagnostics, methodological approach and therapeutic stance. This article explores key aspects of disorder-specific psychotherapeutic care based on current clinical guidelines and empirical evidence. In addition to outlining differentiated diagnostic approaches four established therapeutic methods are presented: psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, family-focused therapy and interpersonal and social rhythm therapy. Their effectiveness varies depending on the phase of the illness and individual fit, underlining the importance of a phase-adapted, flexible application. A particular focus is on the therapeutic stance across different affective intervals and on practical challenges encountered in clinical settings. The article provides treatment recommendations that highlight the importance of early diagnosis, interdisciplinary collaboration, the inclusion of family members and the strengthening of the therapeutic alliance as a core treatment factor. The aim is to raise awareness among psychotherapists for the complexity of bipolar trajectories and to identify concrete avenues for clinical application.
