Kinderpsychosomatik – eine interdisziplinäre Herausforderung
摘要
Psychosomatics in pediatrics fulfil a crucial role in the treatment of children and adolescents with acute and chronic illnesses, somatization disorders and neurotic symptoms. This article introduces an innovative concept of care that integrates pediatrics, psychotherapy and education. A clinical case study from inpatient treatment illustrates the typical problems and productive crises in the treatment processes. The perspectives of an empirical evaluation of these trajectories are highlighted. The special challenges of this interdisciplinary concept for practitioners are worked out in the context of typical countertransference reactions. Pediatric psychosomatics emerge as a particularly important and demanding field of psychosomatics.
