ResultsThe GAIS responder rate for chin enhancement of HA filler with two–three-point injection technique was 94% (ES: 0.94; P < 0.001; 95% CI 0.92, 0.97). Common ISRs were firmness (ES: 91%; 95% CI 88–94%) and swelling (ES: 87%; 95% CI 84–90%). The overall rate of adverse events was estimated to be 7.92% (ES: 7.92%; 95% CI 6.31–9.53%).
ConclusionHigh efficacy and acceptable safety were evident for the two–three-point injection technique for HA filler injection for the chin enhancement.
