摘要

The electricity market often forms a seller’s market due to relatively few suppliers, high demand, and high barriers to entry, potentially leading to monopolies in the electricity market. Implementing antitrust laws in the electricity sector faces numerous challenges, rendering it difficult to fully safeguard free market principles and consumer rights. This article proposed a transaction strategy that greatly enhances the active participation of customers through profit-making, effectively promoting the stability of grid and market fairness. The strategy stands on the basis of “resident priority” and “minimum power supply”. Through the patterns of residential customers and prediction of the electricity generation and consumption, the acquisition way of electricity that residential users own is carried out. The buying-selling electricity is used for eliminating electricity difference between industrial and commercial consumption, where the buy-back and selling price is set based on the size of the difference. By this way, residential consumers are encouraged to participate in electricity trading. The verifying test shows, where electricity supply is mainly provided by distributed energy generation, the electricity peak-valley and supply–demand differences are significantly reduced under both normal and extreme conditions.
