Research on torque increase of permanent magnet direct-drive motor based on permeance harmonic enhancement
摘要
In this paper, based on the flux modulation theory, a kind of flux-modulated permanent magnet direct-drive (FMPM-DD) motor with composite permeance modulation topology is proposed. By introducing the split slot, the stator modulator of the proposed motor generates the new modulation effect, which is combined with the original structure, so as to change the amplitude distribution of the permeance harmonics and realize the purpose of increasing the output torque by increasing the demand permeance harmonics. According to the modulation effect of the composite permeance modulation topology in the air gap, the permeance function is established and its harmonic distribution is decomposed and analyzed. Then, under the guidance of the permeance function, the key parameters affecting the modulation behavior are designed and optimized with the goal of permeance harmonic enhancement, and the parameter values of the composite permeance modulation topology are determined. Then, by harmonic analysis and finite element method, the air gap harmonic distribution of the 24 slot/38 pole FMPM-DD motor and the proposed motor is compared and the performance is evaluated. The results show that the proposed motor has better torque performance and can provide higher output torque. Finally, the prototype is processed, and the rationality of the research is verified by experiments.
