<p>The literature on farsighted stability has seen significant progress in recent years. Despite this progress, an important gap in the literature is the lack of an axiomatic foundation. This paper addresses this gap by axiomatizing three influential farsighted solution concepts: the farsighted stable set, the rational expectations farsighted stable set and the strong rational expectations farsighted stable set.</p>
