<p>Lean principles enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall competitiveness in manufacturing environments. This study examines the impact of technical and non-technical Lean Manufacturing practices on supply chain performance within the Tunisian industrial sector. A detailed questionnaire was distributed to 1000 businesses across the country as part of a comprehensive quantitative approach. Data collection was conducted online and analyzed using advanced statistical tools like SPSS and SmartPLS4 software, ensuring rigorous validity and reliability through tests such as composite reliability and average variance extracted. The findings reveal a strong positive correlation between the implementation of Lean Manufacturing techniques and enhanced operational performance. Businesses that adopted Lean practices reported significant improvements in efficiency, waste reduction, and overall productivity. This study highlights the critical role of Lean Manufacturing in optimizing business operations within Tunisia’s unique economic environment and provides insights into how these practices can be adapted in similar emerging market contexts. This research contributes significantly to the existing body of knowledge by providing empirical evidence of Lean Manufacturing’s effectiveness in improving business performance. It offers valuable recommendations for decision-makers in the manufacturing industry, emphasizing strategies to maximize operational efficiency and competitive advantage. The implications suggest that Lean Manufacturing can be a pivotal strategy for businesses globally, aiming to enhance performance and sustainability.</p>
