<p>Saddle-shaped sheet metal with small batch is widely applied in various industrial sectors, including aerospace, shipbuilding, medical equipment, and architectural design, while the accurate forming has always been a challenge. In this study, three kinds of flexible sheet metal forming processes, including multi-point incremental bending, induction heating, and heat-assisted multi-point incremental bending, are conducted to achieve the high-strength steel sheet with saddle target shape. The loading paths for the multi-point incremental bending process or the induction heating process are determined to be along the principal curvature directions. Through experimental investigation and analytical evaluations, the influence of each sheet metal forming process on the forming quality and accuracy of the achieved saddle-shaped high-strength steel sheet is assessed in detail. Results show that heating assisted multi-point incremental bending process can achieve the target saddle-shaped high-strength steel sheet with relatively ideal forming accuracy.</p>
