<p>We describe a&#xa0;rare case of male twins presenting with medial knee pain. The MRI showed bilateral medial discoid meniscus, while one brother presented an MRI of the right knee showing the same configuration. In all three MRI the anterior part of the medial meniscus was coalesced with the anterior cruciate ligament.</p>

We describe a rare case of male twins presenting with medial knee pain.
