摘要

Prehabilitation is an evidence-based, multimodal concept designed to optimize the physical and psychological health prior to orthopedic surgery. The goal is to reduce postoperative complications, accelerate recovery and improve functional outcomes. Core components of prehabilitation include strength and endurance training, nutritional strategies, and psychological preparation. Positive effects on muscle strength, function and recovery have been observed particularly in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction and in knee and hip arthroplasty. Emerging approaches, such as blood flow restriction training and digital health applications are expanding the scope of prehabilitation measures. Despite the partially heterogeneous data situation, current findings support the integration of structured, interdisciplinary prehabilitation programs into clinical practice.
