Subakromialer Spacer bei massiven Rotatorenmanschettenrupturen
摘要
The subacromial balloon spacer (InSpace; Stryker, USA) is an implant for the treatment of patients with irreparable rotator cuff tears. It can be implanted arthroscopically or fluoroscopically under local anesthesia. The spacer is an alternative to common surgical procedures such as partial reconstructions or debridements, but can also be used as an additional procedure. The majority of studies conducted over the last 10 years have shown an improvement in function and pain in the short to medium-term follow-up interval. Contraindications include pseudoparalysis and a tear of the subscapularis tendon.
