<p>We present the case of a&#xa0;young patient with anterior knee pain based on severe, medial retropatellar chondropathy. After analysis, a&#xa0;medial trochlear dysplasia and medially positioned tibial tubercle were identified as the main risk factors. Regarding the patient’s request for a&#xa0;joint-preserving procedure, medial deepening hemi-trochleoplasty in combination with lateralizing tubercle transfer was indicated in accordance with the “unloading” concept.</p>

摘要
