Knienahe Osteotomien – Indikation, Planung und technische Überlegungen
摘要
Knee osteotomies used to correct lower limb malalignment, help to preserve the knee joint and to correct ligament or patellar instability. With recent advancements in osteotomy research, decision making on whether to perform a single level, double level or multiplanar osteotomy focuses on patient’s specific anatomy and demands. In knee osteotomy safety, reproducibility, precision and meticulous planning are paramount. Anticipation and management of possible complications and preventive strategies for complications, such as unintentional changes of alignment in other planes are essential skills to achieve adequate results. This review navigates through deformity analysis, decision making, goals for correction and selection of the appropriate osteotomy technique.
