<p>Chronic spinal disorders have different causes and require comprehensive diagnostics that address both structural and functional aspects. Conservative measures are often sufficient. Targeted rehabilitation measures in inpatient, outpatient, and mobile forms enable multimodal approaches based on the biopsychosocial pain model. The aim of these measures is to maintain, promote, or restore (professional) participation and everyday skills. Special forms of rehabilitation, such as medically oriented vocational and behaviorally oriented rehabilitation, systematically integrate work-related and psychological problems into therapy plans. Aftercare programs, increasingly delivered in digital formats, are essential for long-term effectiveness of rehabilitation measures and for ensuring sustainable professional and social participation.</p>

Chronic spinal disorders have different causes and require comprehensive diagnostics that address both structural and functional aspects. Conservative measures are often sufficient.
