Online-Elternbefragung zur Erfassung von Stilldaten in der pädiatrischen Praxis
摘要
To date systematic breastfeeding monitoring has not yet been fully established in Germany. Due to the high utilization the regular well-child visits offer a unique potential for collecting nationwide data on breastfeeding behavior. The feasibility study “Early nutrition in Germany” (FrED feasibility study) examined whether a voluntary digital QR code-based data collection among parents visiting randomly selected pediatric practices in Baden-Württemberg for the regular well-child visits U2–U7 is feasible. The practices showed a good participation rate, whereas the response rate of parents was low. Therefore, the study design does not seem to be suitable for achieving a representative response rate. The long-term aim is to digitally collect data on breastfeeding behavior as part of the regular well-child visits at medical practices and to use them for a representative breastfeeding monitoring.
