Achtjähriges Mädchen mit oralen und vulvären Ulzerationen
摘要
Lipschuetz’s acute ulcer of the vulva is a rare disease characterized by noninfectious genital ulcers predominantly in sexually inactive young females. Studies so far have revealed an association mostly with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) primary infection as well as other viral and bacterial infections.
A high index of suspicion and the use of diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms are crucial in the diagnosis and management of Lipschuetz’s disease.
We present the case of an 8‑year-old girl with ovarian dysgerminoma who developed postoperative noninfectious oral and vulvar ulcers.
