摘要

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is the most common chronic skin disease in childhood. Inflammatory and itchy eczema can severely impair the quality of life of affected families. Standardized training programs for children, adolescents and parents have been shown to have a positive impact on disease severity, itching, quality of sleep and life and self-efficacy; however, face-to-face training is not comprehensively available in all regions in Germany. Digital formats could provide a solution and have already been successfully evaluated in other countries. In Germany, studies are also currently being conducted on the effectiveness of digitally mediated training concepts with the aim of enabling interdisciplinary care in structurally weak areas.
