<p>We present the case of a&#xa0;woman with a&#xa0;large intramuscular lipoma of the tensor fasciae latae muscle. Histologically, the diagnosis was confirmed and differentiated from other entities by immunohistochemical staining. Our case underlines the importance of radiologic and histologic differentiation of common lipomas from atypical adipose tissue tumors.</p>

摘要

We present the case of a woman with a large intramuscular lipoma of the tensor fasciae latae muscle. Histologically, the diagnosis was confirmed and differentiated from other entities by immunohistochemical staining.
