Dermatologische Differenzialdiagnosen der Analfissur
摘要
Various dermatoses in the perianal region can be associated with erosive or ulcerating lesions. When evaluating painful conditions, these must be considered as differential diagnoses to the classic anal fissure when necessary. The most important clinical pictures may be either inflammatory or neoplastic in nature. This article describes, among other common conditions, psoriasis, perianal eczema, condyloma, and candidiasis, as well as rarer conditions such as lichen sclerosus, sexually transmitted infections, and dermatological tumors like melanoma or Paget’s disease. Additionally, perianal streptococcal dermatitis and sexual abuse must be noted in pediatric cases.
