<p>Primary palmar hyperhidrosis is more common in younger people and its etiology and pathogenesis are complex. Nowadays, it is mostly associated with disorders of the sympathetic nervous system. Based on her many years of clinical experience, Qiu Ling, a&#xa0;famous practitioner of Chinese medicine in Sichuan Province, uses the channels and functional systems as the theoretical basis, combines this with the characteristics of modern neuroanatomy and other specialties, and applies electro-acupuncture to the Ex12/EX-B‑2 (“on both sides of the spine”, <i>huatuojiaji</i>) in combination with medium-frequency electrical impulses, thereby achieving significant therapeutic effects. This provides a&#xa0;basis for the treatment of primary palmar hyperhidrosis with acupuncture.</p>
