<p>This work presents a novel stability criterion for discrete-time delayed systems employing different combinations of quantization and overflow nonlinearities. A Lyapunov functional with a polynomial matrix on time-varying delay is utilized in this paper. The criterion presented is less conservative as it employs the information of the delay variation rate. Illustrative examples are provided for demonstrating the effectiveness of the presented criterion.</p>
