Exponential stability of traveling waves for an infection-age structured epidemic model with external supplies

This paper investigates the stability of traveling wave solutions in an infection-age structured epidemic model with external supplies. By employing the weighted-energy method and constructing suitable priori estimates, we establish that the traveling wave solutions are exponentially stable when the initial perturbations of the traveling wave solutions are relatively small in a weighted space. Finally, we use numerical simulations to verify this result.
