<p>Given a normed plane, we consider the ranges of perimeters concerning some classes of triangles whose vertices are points on the unit sphere. The problems studied are essentially geometric. We try to collect several results that are scattered in different journals, comparing and improving some of them. Some illustrative examples are presented. Finally, some open problems are proposed.</p>
